In truth it wasn't a weird nightmare bc it was about wavepools (I get nervous of those in real life), but bc the wavepool was making waves with bowling pins

But likely the dopamine wavepool concept. The Higher the waves, the more water splashes out of the pool, the lower the baseline becomes. Then everyone except for the highest of highs feels mundane and unenenjoyable.
